Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee our residential and commercial construction projects.
With a strong background in site management, safety compliance, and quality control, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure timely completion and exceptional quality.
* Coordinate and supervise trades, contractors, and suppliers effectively.
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies at all times.
* Conduct regular site inspections and manage quality assurance processes.
* Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress and schedules closely.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Construction Manager in building/construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to read and understand plans and specifications accurately.
* Current driver's licence, White Card & Supervisor's licence required.
