Located in the beautiful seaside town of Ocean Grove, Collendina Caravan Park is a complex currently comprising of 324 annual sites. We are currently looking for a casual All-Rounder to join our team.
This role will require you to work across both areas, which will include cleaning of amenities, and common area, and also grounds & maintenance duties.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Park Manager, you must be able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
You must enjoy working around people and be able to communicate easily and confidently. You will take pride in your appearance, be self-motivated, have an eye for detail, a passion for maintenance, grounds and housekeeping and also have a willingness to learn and apply learnt knowledge.
The position will provide you with variety and a rewarding role.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have previous experience; however, this is not essential as training will be provided to the right person.
The successful applicant will require a Drivers Licence.
You will be competent in the use of items such as:
* Previous amenities cleaning experience (preferred however training will be provided to the right person.
* Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness
* The ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team
* Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
* A willingness to carry out various tasks as required
You will be competent in the use of items such as:
* Ride on mowers.
* Hedge trimmers.
* Whipper snippers
* Chainsaws
* High powered hand tools.
* Assist with other minor maintenance items across our park and accommodation on direction from our Park Manager.
* Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
* Be available for an immediate start
