Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire our diverse team in a collaborative team environment
* Oversee daily operations across all departments with confidence and expertise
* Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently implemented in all departments
* Take ownership of weekend and night work schedules to maintain 24/7 excellence
* Manage comprehensive stock control systems to optimize efficiency
* Maintain impeccable venue presentation that wows our guests
* Monitor and uphold exceptional product quality standards
What We're Looking For
We need someone with proven experience in management who understands the fast‐paced world of hospitality. You should be a leader who inspires, motivates, and elevates everyone around you. Flexibility is essential – you will be comfortable working weekends and nights during the busiest periods.
