Overview
Site Supervisor required to oversee townhouse and unit developments from groundworks through completion. This role involves hands-on site leadership, running day-to-day operations, managing all trades and subcontractors, and driving build programs, quality, and productivity. The role is not desk-only and requires practical on-site problem solving and hands-on involvement when needed.
Responsibilities
* Supervise townhouse and unit developments from groundworks to completion
* Run day-to-day site operations and manage all trades and subcontractors
* Drive build programs, quality, and productivity
* Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a safe, well-run site
* Problem-solve on site and keep projects moving
* Be hands-on when needed, this is not a desk-only role
Requirements
* Proven experience supervising townhouse and unit projects
* Demonstrated ability to deliver builds start to finish
* Qualified carpenter background (essential)
* Confident, practical, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working in a volume building environment
* Not afraid to get your hands dirty and lead from the front
* Strong communication and leadership skills with trades
