We're expanding and are looking for a skilled and motivated Qualified Carpenter to join our team in the New Year. You'll be part of a professional, supportive crew delivering high-quality building and construction projects across Central Queensland.

About the Role
As a Carpenter with Adsun Projects, you'll work across a variety of construction projects, providing high-quality carpentry and general trade support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering carpentry works to trade standard
* Coordinating scope and collaborating with project managers, trades and subcontractors
* Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
* Using hand and power tools to construct, install and repair building components
* Installing windows, doors, structural elements and fixtures
* Ensuring accuracy of work through proper measurement and verification
* Supporting site teams with ongoing works and project tasks
* Maintaining a high standard of safety, following company policies and reporting hazards
* Using AroFlo for timesheets, task updates and notes
* Assisting with workflow management and occasional stakeholder discussions
* Contributing to continuous improvement, training and quality assurance processes

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
* Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
* Strong understanding of building codes, standards and safe work practices
* Ability to read plans, follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
* Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients and team members
* Reliable, organised, and able to manage tasks across multiple projects
* Current driver's licence and relevant construction cards/tickets
