Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients of all backgrounds. Your primary responsibility will be to support and empower clients by greeting them, attending to counter and telephone enquiries, and covering reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional advice and assistance to clients
* Manage complex medical administration tasks
* Liaise extensively with clients, including those with multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and Android applications).
