Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Family Dispute Resolution sessions for clients experiencing relationship breakdown or separation
* Assess client needs and provide tailored support to achieve resolution
* Collaborate with other professionals as required to ensure comprehensive support for clients
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Social Science)
* Accredited and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney General's Department
* Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
