Key Responsibilities:
* Implement safe infection control measures to prevent the spread of illness.
* Identify potential risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them within your role.
* Provide reliable transportation for appointments, shopping, personal care, and social engagements.
* Read and implement complex support plans to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care).
* Possess a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and hold a certificate of completion.
* Undergo a national police check, issued within the last 24 months.
* Hold a current First Aid certificate.
* Possess an unrestricted Australian driver's license, if providing transport services.
