This role provides administrative support to ensure accurate service delivery, compliance with funding and award requirements, efficient workforce coordination, cost control, and exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
* Provide administrative support related to workforce coordination, and service delivery
* Support reporting requirements related to service delivery, staffing, and funding utilisation
* Assist with data integrity, document control, and record-keeping to support audits and compliance
* Respond to internal enquiries from staff regarding administrative processes in a timely and professional manner
* Support continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
* Answering phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
* Responding to staff, client and stakeholder queries.
* Directing enquiries to the appropriate team member or manager.
* Initiate the COS Client intake process for the Support Coordinators
* Load and oversee COS Client funding to Careview data base and NDIS Proda portal.
