Our Claims Services team is expanding

Due to our current expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available in our Sunshine Coast head office for Claims Services Officers to join our team.

This is a customer service focused position which involves liaising with the insured to update them on schedules and claim progress via email and phone to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role:

* Manage claims from commencement to completion.
* Input and regularly update claim information in accordance with internal systems and client systems.
* Update and communicate with insurance clients in accordance with company standards.
* Provide and receive detailed, accurate and timely information to and from
* subcontractors to ensure quality of service to the customer.
* Always ensure best practice customer service.
* Complete all reporting in accordance with client service level agreements, ensuring standards of quality and accuracy.
* Ensure pro-active customer service is exercised, and the customer is always kept up to date

What you will need:

* Exceptional customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A passion for helping people.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to adhere to guidelines and KPI's.
* Self-motivation with excellent organisational skills.
