Brief Description About the Role
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at a retail site based in Helensvale.
This is a full-time permanent position working a 4 days on / 4 days off roster, consisting of 12‐hour shifts across days and nights. The role is paid at Level 4 under the Security Services Industry Award, plus First Aid allowance.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of security and customer service
* Guard, patrol, monitor and control assigned premises
* Respond to emergencies, alarms and calls for assistance
* Assess and manage situations of risk
* Conduct access control duties
* Perform CCTV control room operations
* Complete incident reports and maintain accurate data logs
Skills & Experience
* Current Security Licence
* Control Room Licence and Crowd Control endorsement
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Impeccable presentation
* Flexibility to work rotating rosters including nights and weekends
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Professional attitude with a positive and proactive approach
