What You'll Do
- Prepare tasty, nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs (soft diets, diabetic-friendly, etc.)
- Maintain strict food safety & hygiene standards
- Follow portion control and Aged Care guidelines
- Contribute to menu planning and adapt meals to resident preferences
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
What We Need From You
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 months' experience in a similar role in Australia
- Current Australian Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia
- Two COVID-19 vaccinations + flu vaccination (required)
