CRM plays a massive role in that. With a 500,000+ email audience and 350,000+ SMS subscribers, this role is a key growth lever for the business. If you love lifecycle marketing, automation, and building retention engines that drive real revenue, this is the role.
What you'll own
* Plan, build, and optimise email and SMS campaigns that drive repeat purchase, retention, and lifetime value.
* Own lifecycle segmentation across email and SMS, based on behaviour, engagement, and customer value.
* Build and improve automation flows end to end - welcome, post-purchase, win-back, churn prevention, and more.
* Create and manage the CRM marketing calendar, including campaign planning, testing, and performance tracking.
* Run structured A/B testing across subject lines, creative, offers, timing, and flow logic - then apply learnings into the roadmap.
* Partner closely with design, ecommerce, and brand to brief and deliver campaigns that feel on-brand and convert.
* Work directly with tech partners like Klaviyo and Yotpo to troubleshoot, improve capability, and unlock better performance.
* Analyse performance daily and weekly, sharing insights with the marketing team to keep CRM improving and aligned to commercial goals.
What we're looking for
* Hands-on CRM experience in ecommerce, retail, or another high-volume B2C environment.
* Strong capability in lifecycle flows and automation, with proof you've driven flow revenue or retention uplift.
* Comfortable working with large audiences - ideally 200,000+ contacts, and confident managing segmentation at that scale.
* Experience using Klaviyo or a similar platform.
* Clear testing mindset - you've run experiments, learned fast, and built better journeys from results.
* Commercial and data-driven, you understand CRM's role in growth, not just comms.
* Collaborative style and happy working in a lean, fast-moving team where everyone gets involved.

* Flow revenue growing towards campaign revenue in evergreen periods.
* A stronger, more proactive CRM calendar - planned weeks ahead, not days.
* Better post-purchase engagement and a clear uplift in product reviews and loyalty activity.
* Flows and segmentation that feel smarter, tighter, and closer to customer behaviour.
* A CRM engine that consistently re-engages customers and drives repeat sales.
