**About the role**
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Account and Business Development Manager to join our team and work closely with existing clients, as well as develop new client relationships in the seafood packaging space. Experience in the packaging sector is critical due to the specialist requirements of the seafood environment.
**What you would be doing**
Based out of our Sunshine Coast office, you will be charged with the responsibility of servicing the current client portfolio in the domestic market.
You will add significant value through:
- Identify leads and opportunities to win new business.
- maintain and grow an existing portfolio of key clients
- Build a strong sales pipeline and proactively research potential clients
- Prepare and present quotes
- Ensuring absolute customer satisfaction
**You will be required to**:
- Introduce / increase sales into nominated major / key accounts through establishing contacts
- Develop and expand opportunities and sales strategy in the seafood industry to achieve KPI's
- Take ownership of your client base, to achieve your targeted annual sales results
- High level of business development focus
- Establish and maintain healthy business relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
