KidsROAR is dedicated to the prevention of abuse among children and adults through Protective Behaviours Education. Our programs equip children with tools and strategies to reduce their vulnerability to abuse, neglect, and unsafe situations. We deliver these programs through early learning centers, kindergartens, schools, sporting and community organisations. We have devised tailored programs for teachers, corporate teams, parents, and community members. Our mission is to prevent abuse, reduce violence, and promote positive health and wellbeing is achieved by educating children and the adults in their lives.
Role Description
Our Facilitators deliver our KidsROAR Personal Safety Education programs to a children aged between 3 and 12 years old across Melbourne. You will be responsible for facilitating and delivering our programs in an engaging and impactful way that ensures key learning outcomes are achieved whilst needing to adapt sessions to meet the specific needs of each group.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to engage and manage groups of children
* Organisational skills for planning and delivering multiple sessions
* Empathy, patience, and understanding when dealing with sensitive topics
