What's on Offer:
* Day Shift: $32.32/hour + super
* Multiple shifts
5:00 Am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday
6:00 Am – 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday 4 Day work week
* Temp-to-perm opportunities – go permanent after 3 months
* Consistent indoor work – no weather delays
* Safe and supportive team environment
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist in manufacturing timber trusses, steel frames, and pool liners
* Operate factory machinery and power tools
* General labouring, materials handling, and order prep
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
What You'll Need:
* Previous factory, machine operation or labouring experience
* Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
* Physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
