About the Role
We're looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager / Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships across the construction and modular building sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to represent cutting-edge building solutions and drive strategic growth in the region.
The role would suit someone with a background in modular construction, steel framing, or building materials, who can confidently engage decision-makers and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities within the modular construction and steel framing markets
* Manage and grow existing client relationships in the construction industry
* Prepare and present detailed proposals, bids, and tenders
* Liaise with project managers, builders, architects, and developers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and client site visits
* Maintain and report on pipeline activity, sales performance, and market trends
Qualifications
* Proven experience in the construction sector
* Experience with modular construction /buildings, orsteel framing is HIGHLY REQUIRED
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the project sales cycle
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own sales pipeline
* Familiarity with construction procurement and tendering processes
