Make a Lasting Impact - On Your Terms
At Avina, we understand everyone’s needs and strengths are unique. We are committed to creating a flexible, supportive workplace where neurodivergent team members can thrive. Whether it’s adjusting work hours, offering quiet spaces, or supporting alternative communication styles, we listen first and tailor support to you.
We’re currently looking for an Occupational Therapist in the Central Coast region to join us part-time, with the flexibility to structure your week your way. Whether that’s 3 full days, or shorter days spread across 4–5 days, we’ll work with you to find a rhythm that fits your life. What you’ll do:
- Deliver meaningful therapy in real-world environments - homes, schools, and community spaces
- Build strong, trusting relationships with participants, families, and support networks
- Manage your caseload with autonomy, backed by clinical supervision and team support
- Collaborate with other therapists and support professionals to deliver holistic, person-centered care
- Travel locally within the Gosford area (pool car available)
- Enjoy flexibility to complete admin and reports from home
