Job Description
Based in either Adelaide (preferred) or Sydney with a focus on Sofitel Adelaide.
All-rounder able to manage payroll and accounts payable & receivable.
Monthly bank reconciliations.
Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections.
Month‑end close reconciliation and financial analysis.
Prepare payroll reports and assist department heads with payroll costs.
Assisting with budget and forecasting.
Inventory and stocktake management and reporting.
Maintain internal control procedures.
Assisting Portfolio Finance operation.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years hotel accountant experience in a hotel setting (hotel experience is a must).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to produce quality output under tight deadlines.
Self‑motivated and robust analytical skills.
High attention to detail, task prioritisation and time management.
Full unrestricted Australian work rights.
