Job Description: Our Inbound Customer Service Representatives support Australians on the road, acting as the first point of contact for members seeking NRMA Roadside Assistance. You will provide reassurance and fast solutions in moments that matter.
Responsibilities
- Ask thoughtful and effective questions to quickly understand each member’s situation.
- Capture key details to coordinate timely and accurate roadside assistance.
- Put safety first, offering empathy and reassurance during times of need.

- Team player mindset; able to connect virtually and in person with colleagues

Recruitment Process
Apply and complete screening questions. You may be invited to SAPIA (online screening) and then to a virtual information session. If shortlisted, please contact the recruiter for any adjustments during the process. All successful applicants will be subject to full Australian work rights and pre-employment checks.
Start date: 17 November 2025. Role is full-time, 35 hours per week on a 3-week rotational roster between 5am–midnight, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays). This is a hybrid role with remote work and required presence at Sydney and Gosford offices as directed. Note: leave requests may be unavailable from 17 November 2025 to end of April 2026 due to peak periods.
