We’re looking for a proactive and people-savvy Business Development Manager who loves the thrill of the chase and thrives in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment. Where and how you can work
Our headquarters is based in North Sydney, Australia, but we’re making waves globally with our growing presence in the US. This is a hybrid role based in North Sydney, and we want someone who can come into the office and be a part of the action!
What you’d be doing in this role
At Eftsure, we’re on a mission to become the ultimate Security Standard for B2B payments. Our platform is evolving, and we need an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our reach and protect businesses from fraud.
As part of our fast-growing sales team, you’ll have the chance to dive into a dynamic, high-energy environment where you’ll:
* Generate new sales opportunities and drive growth across the business
* Run engaging sales demos with prospective customers, showcasing the power of Eftsure’s platform
* Negotiate contracts and terms of service with key stakeholders
* Work closely with IT, compliance, and legal teams to ensure seamless contract processes
* Close deals, and transition customers smoothly to our Customer Onboarding team
* Work alongside experienced mentors in a role that’s designed to help you grow into a top-tier deal-closer
You’re probably a match if:
* You’re a curious, ambitious, and confident individual who loves a challenge
* You have experience working with CFOs and Heads of Finance, or a strong understanding of financial ecosystems
* Experience working for a SaaS organisation would be ideal
* We’ve also had incredibly successful BDMs come from a Chartered Account/ Big 4 consultancy background
* You’re self-reliant and self-generating, ready to hit the ground running
* You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are excited about making an impact
About the team
Our Business Development team is at the heart of Eftsure’s mission to protect Australian businesses from the increasing threat of fraud. You’ll work alongside our Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Development teams to drive business growth while helping our clients gain confidence in every transaction.
