This is a fantastic opportunity to lead diverse projects while mentoring junior talent and working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.Duties may include:Oversee project setup, budgeting, and trade lettingManage day-to-day site operations and client relationshipsLead financial tracking, progress claims, and subcontractor approvalsUse Microsoft Project for programming and ProcurePro for project managementAttend tender meetings and engage contractorsEnsure safety compliance using HammertechMentor and support a Cadet CA.What you'll need to succeedA drive and desire to succeedPassionate about problem-solving, troubleshooting and overcoming complex challengesBackground as a PM on delivering construction projects of tier 2-3 size smaller projects (Under $5M)Remediation experience would be good but not essential.Confidence in wearing multiple hats, doing a dual PM/CA roleWillingness to work between Geebung and the Sunshine Coast.What you'll get in returnSalary commensurate with experience - $150k - $160K base + Super ideally, possibly more for the right candidate with lots of experienceBased in Geebung, with flexibility to work from Maroochydore or WaranaMinimum 2 days/week in GeebungStandard hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.What you need to do nowIf you're a motivated Project Manager looking for a role with variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
