We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing operations at Ridley AgriProducts in Lara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality control measures, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values. We provide comprehensive training across all aspects of the role, so no prior experience is required. You'll be supported by a collaborative team in a positive workplace culture. The Role
* Operating and monitoring milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
* Performing quality checks and maintaining product specifications.
* Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
* Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
* Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area.
* Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.

* Flexibility to a 24/7 roster
* Forklift license (Desirable)
