Overview
Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently and remain within their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Personal Care: personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime and medication prompting.
* Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, assisted dressing.
* Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings.
* Client Awareness: social interaction, client observations and ongoing training and support.
Position Details
* Support Worker positions available for the provision of Personal Support Services.
* Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $31.38 per hour plus 11% super.
* Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM plus paid travel time between clients.
* Location: Kingscliff NSW and surrounding suburbs including Chindarah, Tweed Coast, Pottsville, Hastings Point, Bogangar, Duranbah, Casuarina, Cudgen, Cudgera Creek and Fingal Head.
Key Requirements
* Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
* Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses) for Covid-19.
* Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
* Minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support.

* Disability Support Worker (preferred)
* Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
* Community Services Worker
* Bachelor of Nursing students
