Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Property Management, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong ability to manage a full end-to-end portfolio, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
* High-level communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and external parties.
* A reliable vehicle and current driver's license, essential for conducting site visits and meetings.
* Ability to live locally, with a preference for those who already reside in Melbourne.
