Job Overview We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail‐oriented candidate to support our Partnerships team and retail partners within ANZ. You'll thrive in a fast‐paced environment, confidently manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across teams and external partners. With a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset, you'll play a key role in supporting product launches, maintaining retailer relationships, and ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations.This is a full‐time, 12‐month contract position, working in a hybrid model (3 days per week from our Port Melbourne office).ResponsibilitiesSupport the Partnerships team by managing key administrative processes, communicating with key contacts and liaising with the internal team and other departmentsExecute administrative tasks to support the Partnerships team and retailers, such as generating purchase orders, managing customer returns, completing new lines forms, sending product samples, product information and digital assets to retailers upon requestSupport retailers with new product launches by submitting product information, digital assets, in‐store assets and POG flows in a timely mannerAssist our APAC Consumer Education Manager with administrative tasks to support retailers education activity, such as Priceline MasterclassCo‐ordinate with internal team and other departments to support the launch of new retail partnerships, and nurture existing partnerships to ensure positive growthCoordinate and manage the media calendar, liaising with partnerships, brand, and communications teams to streamline and align all activityEnsure retailers receive regular updates on any stock or supply issuesSkills & QualificationsStrong problem solver, negotiator, and ability to take ownershipStrategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalise, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in an unstructured environmentExcellent organisational skills and demonstrates accuracy and detail‐orientation is a mustExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (advanced in both written and oral)Experience with corporate retail sales experience for a beauty brand is preferredMarketing degree or relevant work experience in Partnerships is an assetBenefitsAdditional time off, including Personal Days, Birthday and moreA hybrid work model (for applicable roles)Unlimited access to an Employee Assistance Program that includes mental health care, mindfulness programmes and moreA generous discount on DECIEM products for you, your family, and your friendsEqual Opportunity Statement DECIEM is an equal opportunity employer.
