About the role Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for generating sales, monitoring sales activities, implementing the sales strategy as well as monitoring and analysing sales activities for the state. Manage and grow a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a ‘personal service’. Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, quarterly reviews, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients Ensure a consultative selling takes place, becoming customers’ and prospects trusted advisor. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals and objectives with the team. Take part in regular weekly sales meetings and 1on1’s, and monthly Town Halls About you You are motivated, and proactive and have demonstrated the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Previous experience in the transportation, eCommerce or retail industry Ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization.
