The Role
Based at our Joondalup store, this full-time role involves working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in management development training to enhance your leadership skills.
* Driving sales improvements across retail, trade, and design channels by providing expert customer service and promoting Trade Loyalty Programs.
* Developing product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Achieving personal sales targets and contributing to overall store presentation through proactive visual merchandising.
* Inducting new team members and completing administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
