The role
Junior Food Factory worker
New exciting position for junior warehouse worker, at a rapidly growing pastry manufacturer.
What we are looking for
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be able to safely lift minimum 25kgs bags repeatedly
- Valid driver's license/reliable transport
- A strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills - training will be provided
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks in a physically demanding environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Immediate start (preferable)
Duties Include
- Making pastry dough
- Packing
- Cleaning
- Prep and organising for production.
- Package, label, and stack finished products for distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and equipment
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
What's on offer
- Casual position
- Pay: $24.95 - $28.08 per hour (subject to award rates)
- Ability to participate in the annual bonus program
- Minimum 10 hours per week
- Morning shifts: 7AM start
- Weekdays only, no weekends or public holidays
- Lockers provided
- Onsite car parking available
