2. Ensuring prompt and professional assistance to patients, families, VMOs, staff, third-party providers, and visitors.
3. Maintaining efficient hospital administration workflows in line with best practices, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
4. Implementing quality improvement frameworks and supporting accreditation processes.
5. Creating a high-performing Administration Department through visible leadership, coaching, and training.
