This position requires a strong background in valuations or property services administration, with excellent technical capability and a proactive approach.
 * Manage job setup, reporting, and team coordination effectively.
 * Assist with valuation report preparation, including document formatting and layout consistency.
 * Conduct property research and title searches to support valuation work.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role, with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and have experience using business management systems.
