We are looking for Admin Finance Assistant to provide support Finance and Administration support to the team.
**What you will do**:
- Assist with reconciliation and processing of accounts payable/receivable invoices and debtor management, using the relevant databases, while also helping with month-end financial reporting.
- Reconciliation of project costing charge rates against actual costs
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to the various areas of Roads ACT, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the relevant procedures
**The following capabilities form the criteria that are required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.**
- Demonstrated experience in office administration and processing of accounts payable/receivable
- Demonstrated high level communication and liaison skills
