The location is classified as a RA 2 & supports with a variety of hospital & health services. Emergency services are conveniently located minutes away from the Practice. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Ability to follow procedures but be confident in decision making skills & working autonomously. Flexible to assist with leave coverage & roster changes. General practice experience is desirable, specifically with chronic disease management & basic procedures. This practice is seeking someone with a positive attitude, passion, committed to the role & willing to work collaboratively with the team of nurses. Position Description: A typical day in general practice would include administering vaccines, wound care, triage, assisting with minor procedures, stock control, health assessments, managing patients with chronic health conditions, data quality & administration duties. Skills & Experience: Current AHPRA registration: RN qualified Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential Capacity to multitask, prioritise and good time management Must be pro-active with a can-do positive attitude Professional presentation Strong verbal and written communication skills Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous Computer literate After Hours Requirements: No Salary Information: $35 - $42 per hour.
