About the opportunity
We are looking for a Pastoral Care Assistant to join our team and provide genuine care and support to our Mareeba staff and PALM workers. Your focus will be on ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during their placements.
You will be tasked with a variety of day to day activities, from coordinating fleet maintenance and inspecting accommodations to helping with medical appointments, daily needs, inductions, and departures. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while maintaining high compliance standards.
