ANV Consultants Pty Ltd is an independent, young, and growing environmental and engineering acoustics consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia.
We specialise in environmental, engineering, and underwater acoustics, supporting projects across a wide range of sectors including Maritime, Offshore Oil & Gas, Resources, Infrastructure, Transport, Renewables, and the Built Environment .
At ANV, we apply 'first-principles' understanding of core acoustic issues, combining it with advanced numerical modelling and state-of-the-art measurement technologies to deliver innovative and practical solutions in assessment, design, and noise/vibration control for our valued clients.
As part of our organic growth over the past two years, we are now seeking a Senior or Principal Engineer in Acoustics who is ready to take the next step, to lead our terrestrial acoustics and vibration practice and contribute to shaping the future of our company.
What You'll do
* Lead and deliver projects across Resources, Infrastructure, Transport, Renewables, and Built Environment sectors
* Manage client relationships and project delivery from concept to completion
* Mentor junior engineers and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
* Lead proposals, business development, and growth in the terrestrial acoustics and vibration space
What You'll Bring
* A can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit
* 8 -15 years' consulting experience in acoustics and vibration in terrestrial space
* Strong knowledge of local, national, or international standards/regulations and industry best practices
* Excellent technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage projects independently and confidently interact with clients
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in acoustics, engineering, physics, or related disciplines
* Membership (or eligibility) with the Australian Acoustical Society (AAS) and/or Engineers Australia (EA)
