Role Overview
- Position: Creative Writer, Technical Writer, Evaluation Tutor – Contract, Remote
- Commitment: 20–40 hours per week, flexible and ongoing
- Contribute to research projects with a leading AI lab. Support data campaigns in Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate responses for effectiveness, naturalness, and compelling nature in AI-generated content.
- Contribute to ongoing data campaigns such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.
- Assess creativity, originality, and narrative flow in creative writing.
- Recognize responses demonstrating emotional intelligence, empathy, and helpfulness in companionship.
- Evaluate clarity, structure, and polish in presentation responses.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong background in creative writing, product writing, or technical writing
- Attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
- Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fiction, poetry, screenwriting, or narrative development
- Ability to produce original content such as speeches, dialogues, or literary critiques
- Understanding of emotional intelligence and authentic interactions
- Familiarity with persuasive, professional, or educational communication styles
