-Monday to Friday rotational shift
-$40 per hour inclusive of casual loading
As a QA Lab Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of Coca-Cola products through hands‑on testing and analysis. Your day‑to‑day will involve:
* Collecting samples from the production floor and preparing them for microbiological testing
* Incubating and analysing samples for microbiological activity
* Performing qualitative and quantitative tests on raw materials, syrups, and water
* Calibrating testing equipment and maintaining lab cleanliness and safety standards
* Recording and analysing data accurately using Excel and lab software
Preferred skills and qualifications
* Relevant Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or a Diploma of Laboratory Technology or qualified in chemistry, Microbiology, food technology qualifications
* Previous experience in laboratory testing
* Previous experience in a food manufacturing or a laboratory environment
