A successful Guest Service Agent plays a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our Guests from check-in through check-out. Their tasks include ensuring seamless reception experiences, managing audits efficiently, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely manner
* Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures accurately
* Keep the Guest Service Manager informed of relevant feedback from Guests and other departments promptly
* Attend training courses as required and assist with Night Team's development efforts effectively
* Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and general product information necessary to perform daily duties
* Maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities professionally
* Familiarize yourself with hotel credit policies, security regulations, health and safety legislation, and brand standards strictly
