Design & Build Recruitment's key client, a well-established head D&C contractor who also have several of their own developments. We are searching for a quality Project Manager to join this initial project during design. The initial project will be a $35M new build project.

About you
* Experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in the construction sector
* Strong track record delivering projects end-to-end
* New build retail project experience is an advantage
* Commercially astute with excellent planning and delivery skills
