We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially astute Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and support across our business operations. This individual will work closely with various teams, including Marketing, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
This role involves managing a wide portfolio of legal matters with a focus on intellectual property, marketing, and commercial contracts while delivering practical compliance training and advice.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead management of the company's intellectual property portfolio;
2. Provide legal oversight on new product development (NPD) and regulatory matters;
3. Advise on marketing and advertising issues across the portfolio;
4. Draft review negotiate contractual arrangements such as agency agreements influencer contracts supply chain agreements;
