**About the Role**
Our awesome technical team provide on-site pool & spa cleaning and maintenance services throughout Brisbane, and we're looking for more motivated technicians to join our team.
Reporting to your Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in residential and commercial environments
- Performing on-site water testing and adding chemicals to correct water balance
- Performing routine maintenance on swimming pool and spa equipment
- Pool equipment installation and system plumbing
- Recording all servicing activities using an app-based program
- Trouble-shooting on-site and educating customers about pool and spa chemicals, equipment and parts
- Actively contributing towards sales targets and assisting with marketing activities
Success in this role will be based on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide trusted advice and solutions.
**Skills & Experience**
- A current Australian driver's licence
- High level attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to work unsupervised and in outdoor environments throughout all seasons
- Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting (up to 20kg) is involved
Some experience in a trade-related role would be an advantage however, both formal and on-the-job training will be provided.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
