What You Will Be Working On
We're looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven
Digital Marketing Analyst
to lead performance reporting and insights across our multi-brand, multi-channel marketing activity. Sitting within our centralised digital marketing function, this role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, surfacing customer behaviour trends, and equipping our teams with actionable insights to optimise campaigns and inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining a centralised reporting ecosystem across GA4, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, paid media platforms and CRM systems.
Building automated dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility of marketing performance and ROI.
Defining and governing campaign tagging and tracking frameworks to ensure consistent data capture and attribution.
Translating complex data into actionable, story-led insights that improve channel mix, spend allocation and campaign optimisation.
Supporting marketing teams with training, playbooks and tools to strengthen data literacy and measurement capability.
Who Will Be Successful
You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about turning complex data into simple, actionable insights that drive smarter marketing outcomes. With a strong understanding of digital analytics, campaign performance and the customer journey, you'll combine technical skill with commercial thinking to add real value.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3–5 years' experience in digital analytics, reporting or performance marketing in a multi-brand environment.
Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau.
Expertise in GA4, GTM, campaign tagging and CRM/marketing data integration.
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and attribution.
The ability to simplify and communicate data to non-technical stakeholders.
