Energised is seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents and S26 Supervisors for rostered FIFO roles across major mining operations in WA & NT. These positions involve overseeing electrical infrastructure, construction, maintenance, and commissioning activities within large-scale mining environments.
We are looking for strong leaders with demonstrated experience managing electrical teams, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering safe and efficient outcomes across fixed plant and infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise electrical teams across construction, maintenance, and commissioning scopes
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, site safety standards, and electrical regulations
* Oversee electrical installation works including cabling, terminations, panels, and associated infrastructure
* Support commissioning, testing, and completion of ITRs and site documentation
* Manage electrical infrastructure performance, maintenance planning, and asset reliability
* Coordinate with site leadership, planners, and multidisciplinary teams
* Drive continuous improvement, safety leadership, and team performance
Rosters & Conditions
* Electrical Superintendent position operating on 9/5 roster (NT)
* S26 Supervisor roles varying from 8/6, 2/1 rosters to short-term projects
* Flights provided from major Australian capital cities (role dependent)
* 12-hour paid shifts
* Travel time to/from site paid
Essential Requirements
* WA or NT Electrical Licence (role dependent)
* Demonstrated experience in a Supervisor or Superintendent capacity within mining
* Current Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and LAB Drug & Alcohol screen
* Supervisors to hold S26 Qualifications + DEMIRS Exam
* Experience with fixed plant, processing facilities, or electrical infrastructure systems
