As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional store operations and profitable sales growth.

* Cash handling and tendering transactions
* Effective multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity
* Telephone management and enquiries
* Marketing and promotional activity

You will contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and management of controllable expenses.

Your key responsibilities will include managing all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures, working collaboratively with the team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for the customer.
