We are seeking a technically minded Sales Representative for our clients, an established industrial solutions provider, based in Welshpool.
This role is suited to someone with experience in technical sales of mechanical or industrial components, who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and delivering practical, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support, product recommendations, and quotations to customers
* Manage and develop existing customer accounts with a strong focus on service and retention
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across the full product portfolio
* Conduct customer meetings, site visits, equipment inspections, and product introductions
* Work closely with internal engineering and supply partners to deliver tailored solutions
* Manage sales activity, pipeline, and reporting through a CRM system
* Support customers from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales within an industrial or mechanical environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical components and industrial applications
* Experience with power transmission products such as bearings, gearboxes, couplings, motors, belts, chains, or drives is highly regarded

* Competitive salary package of $85 - $95,000 depending on experience
