Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide customer service support across various channels
* Join a high-performing team, CAWS (Customer Assets and Workplace Services)
* Learn various processes and systems, utilize collaboration tools, and process transactions accordingly
* Take ownership of customer experience and build rapport with customers
* Experience using multiple computer-based systems and ability to learn new systems with ease
This is a permanent position based from our Dubbo or Parkes Service Centres. You must live locally and have the ability to travel to/from the office daily.
