About the role:
As part of the Events and Partnerships team, you'll support the design and rollout of visual merchandising across retail spaces, showroom, tradeshows and events. A key focus of the role is creating clear, easy-to-follow visual merchandising tools such as planograms, floorplans, guidelines, and manuals that show how our brand comes to life around the world
You'll play a hands-on role in translating creative concepts into practical, repeatable builds that teams can confidently set up across different locations, considering floor space, layout, and customer flow, while helping bring fun, creativity, and imagination to life in a consistent and impactful way.
Further to that, here's what you'll be doing:
* Preparing planograms, build instructions, manuals, and concept designs.
* Working within physical space constraints, including floor space, layout, and flow, to ensure designs are practical and effective.
* Completing accurate data entry for tile quantities and piece counts used in builds.
* Develop imaginative merchandising ideas using our product range, ensuring they reflect our brand and seasonal themes.
* Maintaining a portfolio of competitive merchandising and monitoring trends across toys and design.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support projects across different regions.
* Providing general admin and coordination support to the wider team.
About you:
Your strong attention to detail, accuracy, and curious mindset, paired with a proactive and adaptable approach to your work, will be valued. A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment describes you to a tee.
You'll also bring:
* A background in either architecture, interior design, retail visual merchandising, or a related field.
* Experience in event design or setup is an advantage, though not essential.
* A genuine passion for visual merchandising, design, or retail product styling, with a playful and creative approach.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
* Sound communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
* A practical, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel; bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite or 3D visualization tools
