Overview
Our client mines (extracts), refines and distributes a naturally occurring resource from a small surface mine in Koolyanobbing. Upon washing, blending and stockpiling it is then transported to the manufacturing plant for further processing.
This role is an opportunity to be a permanent member of a small team within a site Operations role. The role is diverse and varied and primarily involves operating mobile plant and civil equipment such as dozers, excavators, rollers, and a water cart. The shift requirement is 14 days on and 7 days off. Travel in on Day 1 of shift and travel out on Day 14 (midday departure).
This role requires a high degree of multi-tasking and application to all areas of extraction, stock piling, moving, sample prep as well as general road and civil maintenance.
This role will suit anyone already living remotely in the Goldfields, Gascoyne or Great Southern areas, or who is happy driving into site. DIDO. Travel is paid in/out of camp on the first and last day of swing. KMs are reimbursed as per KM ATO allowances. While in camp you will have your own room with ensuite, as well as meals and amenities provided while on shift. Living arrangements are shared outside of the room.

What we are looking for in the individual
* Operating Mobile Plant Experience required
* Mechanical aptitude
* Road Maintenance & Labouring
* HR/HC TruckLicence
* Must be able to work well in a small team environment
* Must have a driver's licence and own transport to drive into site
* Must be self-motivated and proactive
* Provision of a National Police Clearance
* Must be able to present for LABDAS / pre-employment medical
