You will coach, mentor and lead your team to ensure they meet service level agreements and deliver an excellent service while fostering a positive team culture. By partnering with the business, you will build effective working relationships with Managers, Team Leaders, senior management and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally. In addition, you'll proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiencies and utilise your experience in driving change to execute on these opportunities.- What you offer
