About the Role
The School Engagement Team Manager is a key leadership role within our organisation!
You will be overseeing the day to day of our School Engagement Managers (Key Account Managers), providing coaching, mentoring and fostering a culture of career development and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you will develop and execute strategic approaches to increase customer engagement and drive annual recurring revenue.
The key aspect of this role involved building strong relationships with our existing Schoolbox customers, and ensuring retention through regular communication, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of Schoolbox and our partner products.
You will also be responsible for the commercial requirements and customer engagement involving our Premier Partners, including effective deal development and management, and developing processes to effectively engage and manage customers throughout their journey with the product.
About You
* You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership position within a Key Account Manager role.
* You will have a minimum of 2 years exposure to SaaS or EdTech markets in ANZ or enterprise industries.
* You are driven by creating consultative customer relationships!
* You will be able to confidently represent Schoolbox at various events such as conferences, user forums and other industry events.
* You will have a minimum of 5 years experience selling into, or working within the SaaS industry.
* You will have a minimum of 5 years experience creating deep relationships and supporting stakeholders at a C-Suite level.
